INFORMATIVE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH THE ADOPTION OF REGULATION NR. 679/2016 AND ITS CONSENT

With the adoption of regulation nr. 679/2016 and the consent to the use of personal data, the informative for the processing of personal data came into force also in Italy on 25th may 2018 and improved the definition of his rights and also the obligations for those who process data.     Your data may then be processed for the purposes of archiving and management of the accounting program, by Readytec Spa in the person of Mr. Meloni Silvano External data controller of the company (email info@readytec.it)
    Your data, then, could be processed by Exprimo Design srl, but only for an electronic storage, without any access to them. The CEO of this company, Mr. Omizzolo Luca (email luca@exprimodesign.com) was elected controller.
    Fabbri Services srl verified in both cases the security policy adopted for the processing of personal data.
  2. The responsible for processing the data of Fabric Services srl is Biagianti Sonia, e-mail: biagianti@fabbriservices.it, and you/they can/ could ask her for any problem regarding the processing of your data and/or its violation and for the exercise of your rights.

  3. Your data will be retained for as long as necessary for the execution of the contract and for tax purposes for five years. During this period you could receive by e-mail some memos about topics in which the company will decide to be interested in. These data coud be sent to other companies which are linked to ours for commercial advertising. After five years without any entrustment, your data in digital format will be delated and you will not receive any further newsletter that the company sends to clients. After this period the data and documents that involve the current assignment will be destroyed and so they will be irretrievable.
